Default My Son's Custody
I am AB+ve and my son is O+ve. As per ABO blood factor it says it is not possible that it can be my son. My wife had an affair with my friend and agreed having sex with him a day before me, Please advise as she says it is my son only. She says that when she had sex with him it was safe period and so did not use any contraceptive. But after that she never had sex with him again during unsafe period. Please help. We have already sepearted over this issue. If it is proved in the court after a DNA test that i am not the father of the child will i loose the custody of my son. I have 2 sons and they are presently staying with me and very close to me

How old is the child?

Is the other guy wanting to have a dna test done to prove that he is the father?

As you were told when you posted, laws are different in each state. You not only didn't identify your state, you delete the prompt to identify your state.

If you choose to try to disavow paternity during the divorce proceedings, in most states you should expect that your success will end both your rights and obligations to the child.
