Default Bio Father Wants Name on Birth Certificate
My question involves paternity law for the State of: Michigan

The father of my child wants his name on the birth certificate, it's been 10 years how do I take my ex-boyfriend off and put the real father on? A court ordered my ex-boyfriend to be on because he signed an affidavit of parentage form. We are all in agree with putting the real father on. How do we go about doing so?

Contact Vital Statistics and find out what the procedure is on amending a birth certificate.
