Husband Abruptly Leaving, Mortgage About to Default

My question involves divorce in the State of: California

My husband just informed me tonight that has is giving me "30 day notice" that he is moving out. I am completely shocked. We just closed our business of 14 years, and most of the things are in storage, which I have no key to. The rest of the equipment came to my home( which was given to me in an inheritance). 3 years ago I took a mortgage out in my name (the house had been free and clear), and loaned the business $65,000 (on paper) which I have not received anything back on. We have been living off that mortgaged loan because our business has not been doing well. I feel like I have been punched in the stomach. He has also taken the money from the current jobs, which were supposed to pay my house mortgage. Now my loan is 3 months late, and in danger of defaulting. I don't know what to do, this house is all I have left, I grew up here and feel sick at the fact of not only now going through a separation or divorce, closing our business and now losing my home. I feel like I'm going to go crazy and don't know what to do to protect what I have left. I am sick about all this. Does anyone have any advice?
BTW: I can't even imagine having to even look at him for the next thirty days while he strips my life away.

Get a lawyer. NOW. Do not wait. Do not wallow. Call an attorney IMMEDIATELY so you can protect yourself.
