Guardianship in Georgia

My question involves adoption law for the State of: Georgia

Ok so i dont really know where to post this but im guessing this is the right category.
My Mother and Step-father and My step-fathers ex wife want me to get custody(guardianship) over their 3 children in the case that they cannot.
what papers do we need to fill out and what do we need to do so that there's no problem?
