Las Vegas, NV. I own a single family residence. The subdivision is a "zero lot line concept" The homes area actually 5' off the property line but the block walls are constructed attached to the structure, paralell with and 5' off the prop line as is the home. This gives a visual appearance wich is different from the actual. The ccr's call out an "5' easement for the maintenance and repair of the structural wall" over that area. The builder constructed a front wall betweew all the homes perpendicular to them with a gate approx 10' away from each unit. this means my neighbor has to walk through his 5' easement 5' into my propertry to pass through a gate to get to that portion of the easement which passes through my back yard. A minor point to me [B]THE REAL ISSUE to me is that he feels he has the right to come onto my property to access this eament WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AT ANY TIME OF HIS CHOSING! Can he do this? or do I have some right to regulate the times aduring wich he can enter?
