Default Trying to Take In My 17 Year Old Sister
My question involves juvenile law in the State of: louisiana/texas

I have my own home in louisiana and i am trying to take my 16 about to be 17 year old sister,who currently lives in texas with our father, into my home. can i do it? what will happen?

Has your father agreed to you obtaining guardianship? On what grounds are you seeking guardianship?

You can't just stomp into court and demand "Gimme my sister!".
