    Default Moving

If the NCP has regular visitation 2 days a week and moves 6 hrs away what can be expected as far as visitation changes? Of course it would be impossible to get the child 2x a week...but what is the most that the ncp could possibly get and what is the least?

    Default Parent Moving

If all else remains the same, the non-custodial parent may be able to arrange parenting time such that there is no net loss of time. With the travel involved, it is possible that parenting time will be lost to the adjusted schedule. But beyond those generalities, all I could do is guess. This is something best discussed with counsel familiar with the full facts and circumstances of the case, and ideally also familiar with the practices of the judge who will decide any changed parenting time schedule (assuming the parties cannot agree).
