My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: california



I got a photo ticket for failure to stop at a right light. (before make a right hand turn). The picture and or video is a clear shot of a female that i can not identify. What are my options? I'd hate to go to traffic school for a crime i did not commit.

The bad news is that if you want me to believe that a "hot lady" was driving your car, but you don't know who she is, I'm not going to believe you.

But the good news is, you don't have to say that. You can dispute the ticket by responding and documenting that it's not you, and as the picture will show that the ticket should be dismissed. You probably received instructions on how to dispute the ticket along with the ticket (or on the ticket) itself.

If some female you don't know was driving your car with your knowledge and permission then you have bigger problems then a red light ticket.

You sure it's your car? Correct license plate in the picture? Any identifying features visible? Magine tree hanging from the mirror? The 'Buck Fush' bumper sticker right next to the "Obamanation" sticker?

Correct plate but identifying features missing = cloned license plate? Report it to the police.
