    Default False Accusations

My question involves defamation in the state of: Pennsylvania

My former brother-in-law has repeated made false accusations against differing people. From accusing my wife and I, of abusing our son, years ago, to recently claiming our neighbor's son(s), one or both, stole his stereo from my home, while I was not there.

He did not ever receive permission to enter my home, after the accusation against my wife and I. As a matter of fact, he was on several occassions informed of having no right to enter my home, at all.

He also wrote a letter to a neighbor about a man and a teenager doing something homosexual in my home. Neither the man or the boy had any idea of what he was talking about.

However, a government child welfare individual and a state police officer were out to visit me about the social conditions of my home. He mentioned contacting the FBI in his letter, but I have not heard from them.

What can be done to stop these false accusations?

It sounds like he needs to be checked by a medical doctor and/or a psychologist. He may be having bi-polar episodes, or something similar.
