Does the Washington School Zone Double Penalty Apply Outside of School Hours

My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: Washington

when the school zone speed restriction 20mph is not in effect(like in the middle of the night) and the normal posted speed limit applies, does speeding (45 in a 35) carry the increased (double+) fine? what about any other infraction not related to the speeding?

The issue being that you were ticketed and given a double fine, or is it that you just want to know what you will pay if you ignore the speed limit in a school zone at night?

Got some new info. will clarify.

I got a ticket at night. The original copy i think goes to the court. The copy I received was a carbon copy and mostly impossible to read. I could not read exactly what was written describing the infractions.

When I went to the court web page and looked up the fines on the WA courts website -IRLJ 6.2 MONETARY PENALTY SCHEDULE FOR INFRACTIONS- the amount was over doubled from what was listed there. I know there are some added on charges to those figures, but that didn't explain double+ charges.

I went to court and the judge said what I got was the standard baseline penalty.

No Valid Drivers License w/ ID. RCW 46.20.015 lists the penalty to be $250, reducible to $50. I am getting taxed $550, reducible to $100. I don't know where they are getting that markup from. I guess regular price is double+ here. I would hate to think what double penalty would be.
