Lawyer Posting Accusations and Threats on on Legal Forum

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Michigan

I helped to post legal question on Internet Legal Forum for my friend.
We didn't give all details about case for safety reasons.
Later we discovered that Administrator used private email of my friend which was hidden in public profile, made search on Internet, posted information from search on his Legal Forum including contact information like phone number and wrote false accusations.
I would very appreciate if you would give us advice, which lawyer could handle case against Lawyer "Administrator", who has access to information hiddent for public, and who is using those hidden emails to make posting with public accusations. Could we sue him now for using confidential email to post public accusations and threatenings?
