    Default Title and Lien

My question involves an auto loan or repossession in the State of Texas
I have a unique situation i just uncovered recently .
My sister & I financed a vehicle ( hers ) from a dealer, I had one of my banks i do business with refinance for a better rate , however i recieved the title to the vehicle in the mail paid no liens .

I know she will pay it in full , the question here is since i recieved the title and for what ever reason she does not pay .. what can the bank do aside from hurting your credit.
There is no lien on it.

    Default Re: Title and Lien

As you have difficulty stating your question clearly, I assume what you're stating is that after the vehicle was refinanced, the new lender failed to perfect its lien such that the title doesn't reflect a lien. They may still try to perfect their lien, and the borrower is usually contractually obligated to help. If you breach your contract by failing to pay or, if required, failing to help them perfect their lien, you can expect that they will sue you.
