My question involves criminal law for the state of: massachusstts does any one know of a web sight that might tell me what i might get for first time no reacord asult and battery or it may go too suprrioe for agervated assult

its only went too pretrial distrect court to day my lawyer set new pretrial date for discovery ,he said they might push it too supirior court shes claiming she might hearing loss making it agervated assult its been 17 days since this happend my lawyer still has not supened the hospital records ,should i be worrying ?
