If you've already requested a mitigation hearing on your first ticket, go ahead with that -- it usually results in a 50% reduction in the fine. You could then also mitigate the second and ask for a deferral. That will, at least, keep the second one off your record -- assuming you don't get caught again for at least a year (if you do, you'll have THREE tickets on your record and you'll be very lucky if your insurance doesn't get cancelled).
Since you haven't provided any information from which we could formulate a possible defense for either ticket, I'm afraid that's the best you can hope for.
