    Default Malicious Wounding Charges

My husband was recently served with a warrant for his arrest for malicious wounding charges. He informed me of the story behind the whole ordeal and it seems ludicrous. He was having an affair with a woman for a few months and he wanted to end it and she kept acting very crazy saying that she was going to tell me and he just decided one night after me and him had a huge fight to just end it with her indefinitely. He went over to her house and he said he wanted to end it and she went into the bedroom and he got a phone call from me and she started going crazy and she told him to get out of her house and he got up to leave and she pulled a knife on him and told him to get out or she was going to kill him and he tried to calm her down and she fell and he left after that. Now she is saying that he cut her on her forhead and she is charging him with malicious wounding. Nobody else was in the house and their was no witnesses. What should he do?

Default Hire a Criminal Defense Lawyer

He should hire a criminal defense lawyer, ASAP. He will also likely need to hire a forensic expert who can examine the evidence of the wound, including any medical records and photographs taken by the police, to determine how the wound was inflicted.
