License Will Be Suspended in 2 Weeks, Out of State License Possible?

My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Iowa

I got pulled over doing 106 mph in a 65 zone, and Iowa sent me a letter after 5 months saying that my license will be suspended for 7 months, and I will be on probation for one year after that.

Since my License isn't suspended YET, is it possible for me to go to another state, and get a drivers license, and have a valid license for that period of time?

Some quick feedback would be great since I don't have much time to get a new license.

Edit: I did search and I could only find questions people had about their license already being suspended, not pending suspension.
