    Question Canadian Seeks Green Card

    Hey! So here is my situation, I was born in Toronto, Canada. when I was 10 I moved with my folks to Florida, my mom who is duo citizen sponsered me for a green card. when Iwas 16 we moved back to Canada. I am now 25 and wish to move back to florida with my parents, however i'm over 21 which is the sponsered children limit...is there ANY HOPE for me???

    Your Mom is a dual citizen currently living in the US?

    She can still sponsor you. She'll need to file the I-130 and an Affidavit of Support.
