Default Collecting a personal loan
I loaned a friend $300 so she could get her car insurance straitened out. I also allowed her to move into my home with the agreement that she would not have to pay any bills as long as she helped around the house and watched my infant daughter when needed. This was agreed upon. Now, she has moved out and refuses to pay me back the money she owes. She says that I don't have anything in writing saying that she owes me the money and all of the times she baby sat for me she thinks that I owe her money. What do I do to get the money back?

Default Personal Loan
You probably won't.

You can always try taking the matter to small claims court.
