What, precisely, did he do time for?
Crimes involving moral turpitude usually trigger a three to five year bar. Aggravated felonies trigger a permanent bar.

Tks For The Help, My Brother Was Sentence 46 Month For Wire Flaud And Untill Today, We Still Don't Know If He Can Apply For Re-entry That Is What We Read On The Sentence Doc. He Never Been In Truble Before .
