Default Domestic Battery in Illinois
My question involves criminal law for the state of: IL

Prior Domestic Battery -

Plead Guilty was 18 uninformed.

Asked for Attorney - Denied twice - Misdemenior charge does not qualify.

No Physical Touch Nor Dening of Movement was involved in this matter.

Anyway to reopen past 30 days?

New Edvidence that report given to police was false.
