I have a Felony charge in Indiana from the year 2000.I received a felony because I had a previous charge with my wife six months earlier.My first charge was very stupid being that the argument was over chicken of all things.It was the following morning after our family celebrated my birthday.I simply asked her "Hey, do you think there's any more breasts left in the bucket"? While looking through the bucket I heard no response, and asked her again "Hey, do you think there's any more breasts? Then she snapped, she said"why do you always ask me these things,are you stupid or something"? So i went into the room where she was and asked her "Why are u snapping over something so small"? She proceeded to let me have it with insults and vulgar activity.I eventually kicked her in the leg and said "you say i'm stupid, your the one who's stupid getting upset over something so small. She then went upstairs and I proceeded to turn on the Sunday afternoon NFL Playoff football game.So after 15 minutes or so, after I found and sat down to eat my chicken, there was a ring at the doorbell.I answered and it was the Police.The first thing they asked me was where is your wife?I answer "she's upstairs ".So my wife comes down and says I kicked her in the leg.So off i went to spend the day after my birthday in jail. I'll explain the rest of my story tomorrow.
