Truck School Contract Considered School Loan?

My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: Missouri

I'm curious to see if my husbands trucking school contract is considered a school loan and therefore not claimable in bankrupcy if we are to go that route.

Did you specifically pursue a student loan or did you take out a HELOC or somesuch to finance it?

Or was it financed through the trucking school?

This was through the trucking school. We did however do a free bankrupcy consultation yesterday and found out that it is not considered a school loan and therefore can be discharged.
