Default BA in Mathematics & Physics - Charged MDOP/Not Convicted -- Employment

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Michigan

Hello. My son was charged with a Felony for MDOP.
    He is 17.

I was just wondering how my sons employment future is going to look like. He is educated, and never had any means for this MDOP. He wants to go into the Medical Field, Law or Teaching.

He will be Majoring in Mathematics and Physics. And would like to get a job in the High Tech Field or perhaps business.

I was speaking with my attorney, and he thinks he can get him in the HTYA Program. After completion, it will show that he was charged but not convicted.

    What does this mean?

He could look into expungment or Pardons? He will be finishing school, going to college, and be working on his credit score He currently runs an Online Lead Generation Company that is profitable.

Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.
