Default Illegal Use of a financial transaction device
is illegally using a financial transaction a felony offence or what type of offence is it. what does it mean when a job application ask if i "have/had any court actions of any kind" " have/had any police involvement of any kind." what type of answer am i suppose to give if i was given hyta.

It could be either - it would depend upon what crime you were charged with committing.

You weren't convicted of an offense if you successfully completed Michigan HYTA probation. But you were arrested and you did have court and police involvement.
