Default Minor Sister and Friends Left at Home with Alcohol After 21-Year-Old Brother's Party

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Ohio

Okay. So recently my parents were out of town and my brother decided to throw a party. He is 21 and most of his friends are also 21 but not all of them. I decided to stay so the party wouldn't get out of hand and i invited a few friends over also. My brother and most of his friends left and about 12 underage kids were left. At about 330 AM the police came saying that there was a noise complaint- they see open containers left out on the tables. Everyone there, including me, gets breathalized and there are about 8 officers present. I blew a 0.00 therefore not being charged with underage consumption. Many of my friends did get citation and two got arrested because of previous charges. They were going to take me down to the station but then asked to speak with my brother. They spoke to my brother and afterward didn't really give me a clear answer of what would happen next. All they said was that they were going to come back the next day. No one ever came back and i didn't get cited with anything at the time. Whats going to happen and is there anything i could get charged with?

There is a lot of charges possible.

You, and your brother, supplied the liquor that underage people drank.

Thank God you were there to make sure things stayed under control, huh?

Not to mention the noise complaint.

You and your brother could be in a world of hurt...

Right. But they didn't give me a citation then, and they said that they would be in contact the next day and they wern't. Do i just wait around? They said all they needed to do was speak to my brother and that they couldn't do anything because he wasn't present at the time.
