My (soon-to-be ex) husband had been deemed 100% disabled and now collecting SSI. I have carried the household financially for over 6 years - what's the chance of me having to pay "spousal support" to him.

I agree with the previous response. There are many factors that a Judge will look at in deciding whether or not to order SS. The best way to find out will be for you to speak to your attorney, if you have one. If you do not already have an attorney, you should get a consult with one.
