Revocation of Guardianship
My question involves guardianship in the State of: Arizona. How do I revoke guardianship in AZ? I had given a family member guardianship quite some time ago and it was only supposed to be for a year. I never revoked it. Now they threaten all the time that they will take my child away. The child only lived with them wothout my supervision for a year. She has lived with me the rest of the time. What do I need to do?

You need to hire an attorney to get the proper paperwork drawn up, then go to court to get your child back.What do I need to do?

But my child is with me. Is this something I can file myself with out an attorney?

You can, but if it gets tangled (and it sounds like it might) you'll need to get an attorney anyway.
Contact your county Clerk of Courts for the correct forms.
