Default MySpace Postings of Child by Non-Parent
My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Indiana
Hi - how can I address the development of a "fake" mySpace page by ex-wife falsely under the name of my daughters? She has not had contact with them in 8 years, and my current wife (of 10 years) adopted them 6 years ago (based on abandonment). She has recently reappeared, and now there are photos of my children on a MySpace page that she (in writing in an email) admits to developing under the guise of talking to my daughters without us being aware of the conversation. My daughters (of course) informed us of her efforts, but we do not have a password to delete the pictures or what is erroneously represented about their lives on the web page. Thanks for your consideration - -

Ok this sounds like one those issues about EXs still holding on to anger over past. What harm is being done by this? You can contact myspace and tell them but since there is no clear TOS violation they may do nothing. However it you must act that is your first move

Contact myspace and have them remove the pictures of your children.

Also, shut down your kids myspace pages.
