Wrong Court Date On A Ticket

I recently got a noise violation at my house for a party and the office wrote the trial date as feb 2005 and its supposed to be feb 2006. My roomate got the same charge but had on his ticket 2006 which is the right date. Is there any means of dissmissal? Thanks very much for reading!!!

Not realistically. You may even get a courtesy notice from the court with the correct date.
