Default Combination Charge
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida

Hi, My 15 year old Friend got arrested for taking his mom's car out on a joyride, possession of marijuana, and Battery. Any idea if he'll be charged as an adult, and what possible charges he may receive?

Default Re: Combination Charge
That's going to depend on his record, and the facts of the events. He should get help from a lawyer.
