    Default Neighbor's Overhanging Tree

My question involves personal property located in the State of: Indiana

Our neighbor's house is empty. He has moved out of state (so we have been told.) There are branches from his tree that constantly fall in our yard and driveway. Is there any legal aciton that can be taken to insure the tree is trimmed to prevent damage to our property or ourselves? I do not know how to contact the owner of the property.

Are the trees sick or dying?
