Default What to Do if Tenant Wont Leave?

My question involves an eviction in the state of: Texas

My husband and I have a home which we sold under "owner financing terms". The contract specifically stated the terms of default. We have sent 3 notices including a final notice and the tenants continue to default and pay incomplete payments. To all this, we have asked they leave by a certain date which is more than we can do for them right now. We have been too patient and they fail to call us or answer our calls. They are not there either to respond to us when we go by the home. What should we do? Can we legally evict them?

You admit these are not tenants because you sold the house to them. It sounds like you need a lawyer to do a foreclosure. I suggest you repost this inthe real estate section, if aaron doesn't beat you to it.
