Default Vehicle Repo'ed Two Days Ago
My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: illinois
My vehicle was repoed on Friday and I had no idea this was going to happen.I have gone through all bank statements and I have seen where there was no payment made last month..I called Saturday and they kept asking me if I had an 06 and I said no it was an 04...They didn't seem like they even knew what was going on.Then my boyfriend called since it is in his name and they told him we would have to deal with the dealership.None of this even seems right...Does this sound normal?Help...I am so stressed over this!!!

If you were behind in your car payments, it's not unusual for your vehicle to be repossessed.
