I own 5 acres of land in Arkansas which was land locked. When we purchased we had a 30 foot easement included in the purchase. It is on our deed, survey, and title insurance. We built a 12 foot wide road and mow the remaining 18 feet (9 feet on each side of driveway) with a lawn mower. The joining land has recently sold. The new land owner wants us to stop mowing on the side of our road that joins his hay field. (the other side is his property line) We want to continue mowing.
My question is can I continue to mow or do I need to let him have his way?
