Default Car Repossession
My question involves an auto loan or repossession in the State of: Texas
Dealer will not give any paper work as to why or how this was done

Repossession normally occurs when you are late with your payments, and normally involves your creditor hiring a repossession service to collect your car, then (if you don't arrange to pay off your debt or, if possible, reinstate your loan) sell the car in a legally reasonable manner then pursue you for any deficiency.
