Can a Pregnant Teen Be Emancipated?

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Washington


I am fifteen and going to be sixteen in about a month and i live in washington and im almost one month pregnant and i was wondering if it was possible to become emancipated and move in with my Boyfriend who has just a few months ago turned 18 and we have been together a year and a half. So i guess what i want to know is if it is possible for me to get emanipated when i turn 16 and move in with my boyfriend who is moving into a apartment in the next few months.???

The age of consent in Washington is 16. It sounds like your boyfriend is an adult.

You have a better chance of being struck by lightning and winning the lottery on the same day than you have of being emancipated.

There isn't a judge in the country who will emancipate a pregnant teenager so that she can go live with her boyfriend. Particularly since 15 is below the age of consent and the boyfriend has a pretty good chance of spending the next few years in jail.
