My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Nevada
I met at the dealership with my potential Bus. partner. In exchange for using my credit he assured me that he would make the car payments for purchasing a certain vehicle. Upon arrival him and the salesman were looking at the car. Long story short, we get to the table [with the salesman]. I ask Brian to co-sign with his business name, he tells us that he has all the EIN etc info at home- he then tells me that his lawyer will draw out a contract stating that if payments are missed that title automatically transfers to him or his wife. I purchase the vehicle, and since then he has been giving me the third. So, Ipurchased the car, and besides a verbal promise and intent, and a witness I have nothing on paper. Do I have a case? Thank you, Justin
