Careless Driving in Florida Dismissed

My question involves a careless driving ticket from the State of: Florida-

If you have a careless driving and it is dismissed and has no effect on your driving record but is entered into a county database is there a time period for it to be removed?

I will tell the background---I had a dismissed DUI and was given a second charge of "careless driving" both dismissed and yet both show up on the county website for criminal background and driving infraction checks. My question is that while I am having the DUI expunged and it will be gone, will the careless driving, albeit dismissed, still show and if so is there a length of time before they will remove it?

I have a safe driver record otherwise for the last 16+ years and I am worried that it would affect my insurance if I chose to change and also the massive amounts of databases that sweep up information seem to get a hold of everything and make it public knowledge if it is anywhere to be found.

Any information from someone who KNOWS FLORIDA law would be appreciated.

If these are simply records of the criminal court - original charge, disposition, etc. - absent the judicial sealing of the record (if possible) I would not expect them to ever go away. If you want to know the county's policies, consider asking the county.
