Neighbors Dead Tree Falling on My Property

My question involves personal property located in the State of: Mo.
I reside in St.louis county. My neighbor has a tree that she know is dead and diseased, every time it rains or just a light breeze blow large tree limbs fall into my yard. It alwasys takes her several days to remove the falling limbs, with me always having to bring it to her attention. The major problem is there is a very large part of the tree coming from her yard, hanging over the entire back end of my house, which if it should fall will take the whole back end of. What should I do to get my neighbor to remove the branch, before it causes me major problems?
