My question involves a security deposit in the State of: CA

I just wanted to thank everyone who has answered and contributed to threads about security deposits.
Because of the great information here - not only did I know what to do when my landlord said I owed them money in addition to my security deposit - but I was able to counter all of their issue and in turn have them write me a check instead.

I am a very happy camper and I thank you!
