Default Wall Or Fence With Zero Lot Line In California

Hi, I am in need of some serious assistence. I live in California. I am curious if Civil code section 841 applies to me in my situation. I own a home next to my neighbors home. Single family dwelling. No association. We have a zero lot line so our homes are litterly side by side. My house sits back 15 feet more than my neighbors. That means my bedroom wall jetties straight out 15 feet past the very back of her house. So when she walks out to her patio, if she were to trun right - the out side of my bedroom wall is there a few feet away extending out 15 feet, then the fence starts at the end of my bedroom wall and continues another 30 feet where it T's off and goes both right and left establishing our back fences. So the outside of my bedroom wall which sits in here back yard, which I have no access too. The owner has the house empty and a lock on the gate. My neighbor has let the wall detoriate. I got a permit and accessed my neighbors back yard and had a contractor take off the old siding and put knew siding up. Now wouldnt we share the cost of the new siding? and the new fence I put up 7 years ago? which she never paid for. Sorry for the redundentcy. I can be emailed at XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

The exterior wall of your house is not a boundary fence.
