My question involves a child custody case from the State of: New York
My daughter just turned 17. She moved in with her mother last fall and custodianship was changed to her mother, etc. She has employed Parental Alienation since she was 8, and now that she is there, she will now no longer speak to me. There is no communication between any of us now. Medical insurance is through me, which at least allows me knowledge of if she's had any routine medical care, which has been zero since she moved in there. Missed all dental visits for a year now, orthodontist has written and now the life-long guarantee is void, as she wouldn't take her 10 minutes away for the followup visits, and vaccines that should have been given have not. I sent her a letter asking for an explanation as to why she was not providing this care (along with the letter from the orthodontist) and the response was to never send a letter like that to her again, and that I was a "piece of ____" --- What are my options?
