Default Probation And Moving
My question involves juvenile law in the State of: California

i am 18 years old and will be on probation until april 2009 but i was wondering if it was possible for me to attend college out of state. i was thinking about attending a college with my cousin in washington state but can i do that? and is there any way for me to get my probation transfered? my cousin is 20 and i would be living with her and going to school with her too. is there anything i can do? my parents were willing to let me go and even pay for it. now i just need to find out if the placer county courts will let me. any help anyone?

Why not ask your probation officer? He/She is the only one who is going to know the answer to that one.

You won't be able to go to school out of state until it is approved by your probation officer. So until you meet them and get your answers you stay put.

It's better for you to wait it out and get the answers straight from that person than follow some maybe's and possibilities given to you on here which could end up potentially violating your probation.
