My question involves a traffic citation from the state of: California
I received a parking ticket because of no parking permit at De Anza College in California. I had one but it got stolen on the same day they gave me a parking ticket so I went to the school police office and they told me to mail my appeal to an address on the appeals form, which is different from the address on the actual ticket. After receiving a late notice on my ticket, I called them only to find out they did not receive my appeal so I had to file another one online, but my second appeal's evidence was not as strong as my first appeals because I had already mailed out the evidence. Today, I received my first appeal back from the post office and they said the address is invalid. I double and triple checked, and it was not my mistake. The address on the form the police office gave me was probably for an old office. Is there any way I can use this to help me win my ticket?
