Emancipation at the age of 18

im 18 male live in NY and my parents dont accept the fact that im gay and told my sister that i wasnt allowed back home over the summer when college is out. But just this week i sterted going out a boy and they do not agree with the gay lifestyle and i told them if they cant accept it with in 3 months that i will get an emancipation, with in an hour they told me to go ahead and get one.
I need some help as to where to go to file it, what to do in court, and what aid i get from the government and or my parents if any.
