    Default Marrying Before a Visa Expires

    Hi ,
    My parents went on vacation to Jamaica. They met a friend and invited him for a visit to Texas. He came we met and have fallen in love and want to get married before his 3 month visa expires . How can we do this without him being sent back home . Thanks

    Move quickly?

    There is a possibility that you won't be able to get things resolved before his visa expires. You would probably benefit from consulting an immigration lawyer.
