How To Write And File A Motion To Dismiss

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Connecticut

I was arrested and the cop filled out a "Misdemeanor Summons and Complaint" ticket with an incorrect statute number. I was arrested for a crime that is not on the books.

How do I word this in a pretrial motion to dismiss?

Or:

Somewhere down the line, the statute number was corrected by someone at court. This sounds like some sort of tampering to me. They arraigned me for the corrected statute. Can I object to the fact that I was not arrested for that and they have no subject matter jurisdiction since the cop wrote me up for a crime that doesn't exist?

Where can I find a "Motion to Dismiss" template?

Can I file motions in the court any time I want or do I have to wait for my next court date?

Your asking the foolish. You want to practice law then go to law school. Your inviting trouble trying to do this yourself

I agree. The complaint can be amended and since you were correctly arraigned that is not an issue. You can file a motion anytime but it will probably be heard at your next court date. Unless you have a defense to the charge talk to the prosecutor and see if you can cut a deal. Usually won't happen unless you have an attorney.
