My question involves an auto loan or repossession in the State of: TX, NM, AZ
REPO Judgement in TX? NM? AZ?
Purchased vehicle in Arizona. Due to ecomony, have difficulty paying and want to voluntarily start repo. Married, both named on lien. Husband will be working in Texas and I might be in New Mexico.
When and if repo occurs, in what state would judgement take place (address in Texas)? and if
I am living and working in NM would they garnish
wages there and not garnish wages from my
husband in Texas? How would this work? I am
also extremely upside down on vehicle.
When it was purchased in Arizona, we tried to take
back second day of purchase, the dealership wouldn't
allow us (no resciend law) and our application status had changed.
We told the dealership at that time our job was
not to be, but they won't allow new information
to be applied nor notify the creditors, nor were we allowed
to know the creditors were and what percentage rate
we were paying. They pushed it on through
and didn't update our finacial information.
Need answers, thanks.
