Nobody Was Injured At Time Of Accident But 2 Years Later They Are Trying To Sue Me
My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: MA. I live in PA. What should I do I have no money and am only 19 yrs. old at the time of accident I was 17.

I was involved in an accident 2 years ago in the state of MA. at the time of accident nobody was injured now after 2 years they are trying to sue me for hospital and damages to this car at the time of accident the Officer at the scene said nobody was at fault we were to contact our own insurance for damages it was a kid about my age maybe a year or 2 older I was 17 at the time. He got out of the car just fine and there was no injury he drove away aS DID i AFTER TALKING TO THE oFFICER NO CITATIONS WERE ISSUED . what should I just got the Summons today June 7,2008.

Turn the claim over to your insurance company (the one you were with at the time of the accident).

Yes, definitely let your ins. co. know of the summons. They will defend you up to your policy limits.
