Exclamation Deported For An Aggravated Felony

    Somone please help!!!
I have been married for 5 years, and two children of 2 and 4 years old. I entered the US legally on a 10 year I-96 visa, and got married while vista still valid, and applied for green card whith in the time periord. I was granted a 3 year green card. Now here comes the problem.

My husband got invovled in an illegal buissiness, which at the time of marriage or even meeting him I was totally unaware of. He is now serving a 4-12 sentence, and will be out this year in work release. In the process of his case, New York state accused me of Attempted Money Laundering felony D. I pleaded guilty, because of fear and lack of money to spend time in State prision for a crime I did not commit. I have always been a law abiding person, educated in all catholic schools. I pleaded to 9 months in county jail, was picked up by ICE on release date, and taken to processing building in Manhattan. After almost 7 hrs in Bull pin, the official told me I was free to go home to my children who were in care of my sister n law at our house. The deal was that I had to return to court with in 15 days. My lawery at the time advised me to leave the country as soon as possible. So I picked up my belongings, and children, and left 5 days later. Its been 10 months since I left, and my husband whants me and the children to return to the US.

He is our soul provider, my side of the family can barely support me and my children. My in laws also whish for me to go back to my husband, and all the incarceration has caused us all great hardship already. They are also willing to file supporting documents for me to go back.

I am in Costa Rica, please someone advise me on what can I do.

    Sincerily,
    Desperate mother and Wife,

Your husband can join you in Costa Rica, at any time he chooses. You are fresh off of a felony conviction, and have made no claim of extreme hardship to any U.S. citizen living in the U.S., so I don't see any basis in what you have said to get any form of waiver. If you want to return to the U.S., you have an uphill battle (to put it mildly) and I suggest working with an immigration lawyer. Meanwhile, it sounds like it would be a good idea for your husband to start sending you child support.
